Our District in Alaska:  Enrolling employees of Advanced Supply Chain International (ASCI) in Dec of 2014.  Supporting AAHU at the annual golf tournament, attending the ALASBO event in December 2015.  Supporting the Alaska Superintendent Association (ASA) on a whale watching trip in Juneau in 2015 (with Juneau SD Superintendent Mark Miller and in Fairbanks with Greg Culbert with Galena City School District enrollment in August of 2015 and supporting "40 under 40" and hosting May, 2016's Chamber After Hours.  Also, photo of our Petroleum Club Hosted event in June 2016 with Barb, Jana and Deb Powell in attendance.  Being awarded the 2016 BBB Torch of Ethics Award for Alaska (Sept 2016)

July 2016 News:  Whitfield Benefit Solutions was named one of three finalist for the 2016 BBB State of Alaska Business Torch Award.  The Business of the Year Torch Awards for Ethics honors companies whose leaders demonstrate a high level of personal character and ensure that the organization’s practices meet the highest standards of ethics, and consequently generate trust. Pamela Whitfield​ - District General Agent (DGA) and President of Whitfield Benefit Solutions:

Marshall Pickering - Agency Development Manager (ADM):

Marshall Pickering was one of the first members of the Alaska-based Colonial Office, having moved up to Anchorage when Pamela opened the agency.  Marshall was a top benefit counselor who wrote over $500,000 of premium with high profile accounts such as Three Bears, ASCI, Alaska Heart and many others.  Marshall was promoted to ADM in January of 2015 and secured over 17 accounts during that year, writing over $230,000 of premium and over 120% of quota. Amanda Stone (District Coordinator):
Amanda Stone joins the organization in early 2017 as our district coordinator in training.  Amanda's background if accounting and safety with ASRC with a focus on customer service, attention to detail and computer skills.  She is our primary contact for billing/service/and support for our clients and their employees.  amanda@colonialak.com

Angela (Angie) Ramirez - Benefits Counselor (BC):  

Angie has been with the organization in Alaska from the beginning of the Anchorage Agency (2013).  Angie's background is 14 years as a Colonial Life policyholder and plan administrator (with Filter Fresh).  Angie is bilingual and has been instrumental for our enrollments in Wasilla and is a strong "co-browse" enroller.  Angie:  907-952-1060 E-mail: angie@colonialak.com


​Karen Flanagan - Benefits Counselor (BC):

Frank Bailey (Agency Development Manager - ADM):  
Frank comes to the Whitfield District with a background in insurance, team building and a passion for customer service. Frank hails from Kodiak, AK and is also a small business owner in Anchorage.  Frank is an avid outdoor thrill seeker (open sea jet skiing is his passion) and we are thrilled to have Frank as part of our Alaska team. Sherri Schroeder has joined the Whitfield Benefit Solutions team in March of 2017 with a background in insurance, sales and a love of Alaska. Christine Morgester - Call Center Benefit Counselor (BC): 

​Christine has been with Colonial Life since 2007  and is a leader in the National Enrollment Team (NET) with expertise in CALL CENTER and CO-Browsing.
